The sixteenth Party Congress of Khanh Hoa Province will officially start on September 28. Its atmosphere has pervaded the whole province now. Everyone, from farmers, workers to businessmen, intellectual circles and party members, are looking forward to this political event. All the people believe that the provincial Party Congress will impulse the development of the province.
° Bustling welcome to the provincial Party Congress
All the streets in Nha Trang these days seem more bright with flags and bandrolls welcoming the sixteenth provincial Party Congress. The whole province has been waiting the significant event. The provincial Cultural Center at 46 Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang will host the congress. It has been well-decorated with large-sized panels in front and an exhibition with 100 photos of Khanh Hoa Province’ socioeconomic achievements in the term of 2005 – 2010.

Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe also are promptly practicing music items for the opening ceremony of the congress and another program to welcome the congress to be held at 2-4 Square on September 29 evening. 120 artists will perform songs in praise of the country, the province and the Party on that day.
The atmosphere of the Party Congress has spread to every house and every family. I met an 50-year-old man buying Vietnamese flag at Fahasa Bookstore on September 26 morning. He said, “My old flag has been faded. Then, I buy a new one to hang in front of my house during the time of the Party Congress.”

These days we can hear people talking about the Party Congress everywhere. The atmosphere of the congress are making a big impact on everyone in the province, from farmers, workers to businesses, intellectual circles and party members. All the people are looking forward to this political event.

Dao Van Nhan, a party member with 60 years’ seniority, said, “In the term of 2005 – 2010, Khanh Hoa Province got many remarkable achievements. I believe that this party congress’s initiatives will develop the province’s economy more, satisfying the people’s hope.”
Another party member named Nguyen Dinh Dinh said, “We trust in this Party Congress to elect deserving leaders of Khanh Hoa Province to develop the province and bring a better life for the people.”
Journalist Le Ba Duong said, “I have faith that the congress will make proper policies about society, economy and security. I hope that the congress will give more preference to revolutionary families and needy ones in the province and help poor pupils and students.”
Nguyen Thi Thuong, a farmer in Dien Dien Commune, Dien Khanh District said, “I expect the congress to have many good policies to build new rural areas, fund rural market network construction to support farm product sale and transfer technical and scientific progresses to farmers to improve farming.”
Each person has a desire, but all of the people have confidence in a better future of the province after the sixteen Party Congress.
