The sixteenth Party Congress of Khanh Hoa Province will officially start in Nha Trang tomorrow (September 28). 350 representatives of 26,000 Party members in Khanh Hoa Province will attend the congress.

In three days (from September 28 to 30), the provincial Party Congress will discuss, analyze and assess the socioeconomic situation of the province in the term of 2005 – 2010 to find out its achievements as well as shortcomings and then draw lessons in the provincial Party’s lead in the term of 2010 – 2015. Basing on that and grasping the Central Party’s guide, the congress will propose and discuss directions, targets and solutions to innovate and develop Khanh Hoa Province comprehensively and strongly with the aim to build the province to be a big economic, cultural and tourist center in the country.
Also in the congress, the attenders will elect members of the provincial Executive Board and a delegation for the eleventh National Party Congress.
