The appeal aims to collect USD1 million to supports 28,500 flooded households with food, necessaries, clean water, fertilizer, seed rice and psychological assistance.
The Vietnamese Red Cross receive relieves from some countries, including USD50,000 from the Chinese Red Cross, USD25,000 from the American Red Cross, USD10,000 from the German Red Cross and Euro 20,000 from the Spanish Red Cross.
