Nha Trang College of Culture, Arts and Tourism on December 28 held a ceremony to welcome the second-class Medal of Labor, granted by the Government.
The ceremony was participated by Member of the provincial Standing Party Committee and Head of the provincial Department of Propaganda and Training Nguyen Thi Kieu and Vice-chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Le Xuan Than.
