The project, covering nearly 50,000 sq.m., has a total investment of VND1,400 billion. The project includes six parts, including a 21-storey high-class apartment building with total construction area of 5,600 sq. m., two seven-storey buildings for trade centers, supermarkets, restaurants and recreation and sport complex of 19,000 sq.m..
The project is planned to be finished in 30 months.
