The Department of Industrial & Commerce in cooperation with the Center for Industrial & Commercial Promotion, the Consumer Rights Protection Association and some enterprises held a meeting in Nha Trang City on February 2 to launch the implementation plan for the law on Consumer Rights Day (effective as of July 1, 2011) to mark the World Consumer Rights Day (March 15) in Khanh Hoa Province.
The annual observance provides the opportunity to focus on the national consumer movement, seeking to highlight the rights of consumers.
