Aquaculture yield of Khanh Hoa Province in the first two months of 2011 reached 2,850 tons, including 400 tons of prawns, 150 tons of lobsters, 950 tons of seaweed, 400 tons of sea fish and 950 tons of molluse.
Owning to the warm weather in March, shrimp breeding now has started its first crop in the year. Present price of white-leg shrimps remains high, averagely VND80,000 – VND83,000/kg, therefore shrimp raisers has earned high interest.
