Mai Thi Thuy Trang, a ninth grader at Luong The Vinh Junior High School, was born into a poor family. Her father left home since she was a baby. She is living with her mother and sister at Phu Vinh Village, Vinh Thanh Commune, Nha Trang City. Their income is from a small garden owned by her relative. After school, she rushed home to take care of her mother who is sick now and do gardening.
In spite of her difficult situation, she has been a good student for successive 9 years at school. A VND3 million scholarship has been awarded to Trang. She decided to share her scholarship with her two poor students, who have not been rewarded scholarships this time “This is a great encouragement for poor students so that we can continue our schooling confidently,” she said.

He is studious and always wins good study results. “I am glad that t am rewarded a scholarship. I will use the sum to buy reference books and give the rest to the pagoda to cover my daily expenses. I will try harder and hope that I will win an entrance exam to Le Quy Don Gifted School.”
There are many other students who have made great effort to overcome challenges to gain satisfaction at school. The scholarship program has helped many students accomplish their academic dreams.
