On March 6, 3,000 sea-horses and 1,000 Nemo fish were released to sea by the management board of Nha Trang Bay in association with the Department of Science, Technology, Natural Resource - Environment, Information & Communications, Culture-Sport & Tourism, Vietnam-Russia Tropical Centre, People’s Committee of Nha Trang City and People’s Committee of Vinh Nguyen Ward in order to regenerate marine resources at Hon Mun.
This was an effort to promote the public awareness of protection of marine species marking the World Environment Day and Vietnam Sea and Islands Week.
