In the frame work of 2011 Sea Festival, a splendid street carnival took place at 2-4 Square, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The event, funded by Ha Quang Land Company, saw the participation of Deputy Province Party Secretary and Province Chairman Nguyen Chien Thang, leaders of provincial departments, about 1000 performers and thousands of audience.
