Vietnam Housing and Urban Development Group (HUD) on September 9 started construction of An Binh Apartment Building for low-income residents at 3 Truong Son Street, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa. Khanh Hoa Deputy Party Commitee Secretary and People’s Committe Vice-chairman Nguyen Chien Thang attended the ceremony.

The building covers an area of 3,177 sq.m. It has 6 floors with 130 flats. Each flat is designed from 46sq.m to 64sq.m.
The project, invested VND54 billion, will have been finished by end 2012.
