Limited liability company a member of the Song Hong – Nha Trang has started receiving registrations to buy apartments for low-income residents of An Thinh Apartment Building and some other projects in Nha Trang and Cam Ranh.

The project cover an area of 2,496 sq.m. on Ngo Gia Kham Street, Vinh Hai Ward, Nha Trang. It will include 9 floors with 120 apartments, 57 – 70 sq.m. each. Each floor has 15 apartments which have two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a restroom.
The projects has started construction from July, 2011 and is expected to be finished in the third quarter of 2013.
Its price is about VND7 million per square meter.
