Venesia project will have 207,000 sq.m. for villas, 187,000 sq.m. for houses and 52,000 sq.m. , supply accommodation for abour 33,000 people. It also has 1.1 ha for commercial centers, 1.8ha for an international school and 1.8 ha for an international hospital. Streets and infrastructures will cover an area of 360,00 sq.m..
