Pacific Ocean University on September 20 started construction in Hon Nghe, Vinh Ngoc, Nha Trang. Party Central Committee Member, Party Committee Secretary and People’s Council Chairman of Khanh Hoa Province Le Thanh Quang attended the ground breaking ceremony.

The project, covering an area of 15 hectares, will be invested VND500 billion.
Pacific Ocean University, established since December 31, 2008, is the first private university in the province as well as the Southern Central. It now has 2,081 students.
The new school is scheduled to start operation in the school year of 2013 – 2014.
