While real estate market in the country is meeting a lot of difficulties, that in Nha Trang is attracting investors thanks to abundant supply and good price.

From April up to now, a number of apartments in luxury buildings have gone to sale, such as The Costa Nha Trang, Nha Trang Center, Bai Duong, Dragon-Pia and Condotel StarCity Nha Trang. Such apartments are priced VND35 million – VND60 million per square meter.

Supply for low-cost real estate is also abundant. Among them area Vinh Diem Trung Urban Area, Northern Vinh Hai Urban Area, An Thinh Apartment Building, Giang Huong Villa Area and projects of My Gia, Venesia and Phuoc Long. Such an apartment costs only from VND7 million per square meter.

“Real estate market in Nha Trang attracted a large number of investors. It is considered as a potential market owning to fast payment and good price. Especially, luxury property in Nha Trang has the advantage of being by the sea and modern but lower cost than similar ones in Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi. Moreover, real estate market in Nha Trang gets preferential treatment and good planning from the provincial authority. Therefore, it is expected to be a good opening for investors while other markets are facing difficulties”, said Manager of Vietnam Consulting Ltd., Co. Lam Hoang.

“Price of real estate in Nha Trang is reasonable to income of many people. However, most Nha Trang people prefer houses with title deed than projects for profit. Therefore, projects in Nha Trang always has launching ceremonies in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City before going to sale in Nha Trang”, said Van Dung Chinh, director of Cat Loi Real Estate Trading Center.
