Vietnam Classic Pastry Cup 2011 was held at Sheraton Nha Trang on September 7, 2011 with 8 participants who are chefs from 4 five-star international hotels, Sheraton Nha Trang, Sheraton Hanoi, Intercontinental Asiana Saigon and Sofitel Plaza Saigon.

The finalists will represent Vietnam at the 2 most prestigious competitions in 2012: ASIAN pastry cup in Singapore qualifying for the World Cup final and Mondial des Arts sucres to be held in Paris.

Vietnam Classic Pastry Cup is organized by Classic Fine Foods every 2 years.
