Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) on October 20 decreased its lending rates by 1 – 2% per annum.
Accordingly, current lending rates for business don’t exceed 15 – 16%. Negotiable loans such as securities loan and consumer loan pay an interest rate of 18.5% per annum for short term and 19% per annum for long term.
