Specifically, the city has organized 20 training courses and seminars (including 6 for breeding, 3 for fruit growing, 5 for rice growing, 2 for vegetable growing, 1 for forestry, 2 for fishery and 1 for cricket raising).
Expenditure for a 4-day training course for 40 people is VND4 million and that for a seminar is VND1 million.
