The Boards of Directors of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company and Vincom Joint Stock Company met on October 4 and approved the merger in order to strengthen the financial capacity, enhance competitiveness and expand business.
When the merger is completed, Vinpearl shares will be listed under the Vincom’s symbol.
