In Nha Trang, there are a lot of restaurants for wedding parties with different prices. Normal restaurants such as Hoang Lan and Ponaga cost VND145,000 – VND150,000/portion while more luxurious ones such as Au Lac Thinh, Vien Dong and Angella charge at least VND170,000/portion. Standard menu for wedding often comprises five main courses and one dessert.

Professional places often have some restaurants with different capacity for customers’ demand. For example, Vien Dong Hotel has two restaurants. The one by the swimming has a capacity of 1,200 guests and the other can receive only 550 guests. Au Lac Thinh Wedding – Conference Center has four restaurants, including Long Quan (650 guests), Au Co (600 guests), Van Lang (450 guests) and Hung Vuong (300 guests). Two restaurants Van Lang and Au Co can be joined to become a big restaurant with a capacity of 1,200 guests.
Depending on the number of ordered tables, restaurants have promotional services to customers. Usually, orders with 20 – 30 tables and over will be offered stage decoration, wedding gate, dance company, MC, balloons, wedding cake, champagne tower and fireworks. In case customers don’t use restaurants’ beverage, they will be charged VND100/table or VND12,000/person for service.
Brides and groom can choose music for their wedding. It may be a live music band, light music or warm symphony. Some restaurants may give a small gift as a thank-you to guests when they leave.
When booking, customers have to leave VND3 million or VND5 million as a deposit. One month before their customers, they will be asked to pay 30% of the contract. All the remainder must be paid when the wedding ends.
