Children in Khanh Hoa Province will benefit from 2011 Eye Surgery Program held at Khanh Hoa General Hospital by Vietnam Child Sponsor Fund in association with Khanh Hoa Provincial Child Sponsor Fund.
Children under 16 are eligible for the program starting on December 12.
