Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Nguyen Xuan Phuc has permitted Khanh Hoa Province to let off fireworks in the “Welcoming new year 2012” program on January 1, 2012.
The program will be held at 2-4 Square from 10 pm on December 31, 2011 till over 0 am on January 1, 2012. It will have countdown timer, music show, fireworks and television bridge.
