Vietsovpetro on December 12 contributed VND1.22 billion to Truong Sa (Spratly).
The contribution has been collected from employees of Vietsovpetro, supporting the the program “Collecting stones to build up Spratly”.
Ngo Quang Tien, Commander of Naval Zone IV, received the money as Spratly representative.
