Farmers in Dien Khanh District are harvesting 2011-2012 sugarcane crop with a productivity of 45 tons/ha, up 5 tons/ha compared with last year.
Khanh Hoa Sugar Company is purchasing sugarcanes containing 10 percent sucrose at VND1 million/ ton.
Reportedly, farmers can earn a profit of VND15 million/ha, a year-on-year increase of VND2 million.
