The ceremony for cooking a record 37m Tet cake will be held by Yasaka-Saigon-Nhatrang Hotel.
The event will include a cake packaging and cooking ceremony on the second day of the lunar new year (January 24) and a cake-cutting ceremony (January 25).
The sales of the cake will be for charity.
