Khanh Hoa Province now has 19,191 lobster raising cages with an area of over 4,000 hectares, mainly in Van Ninh, Ninh Hoa, Nha Trang and Cam Ranh. The annual total production is nearly 1,000 tons.
30-40% of breeding lobsters are from the province’s waters and the rest are imported from Srilanka, Philippines, Indonesia and some other countries.
