Cam Ranh Red Cross, Khanh Hoa Child Education and Recuperation Center coordinated with International Wheelchair Organization to give 100 wheelchair for handicapped people in Khanh Son District and Cam Ranh City. Each wheelchair is worth VND1.8 million, funded by the International Wheelchair Organization.
Cam Ranh City is still looking for more handicapped people to give wheelchairs.
