The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently announced Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) 2011.
Khanh Hoa ranks the 34th, rising by 6 grades over 2010.
The PCI 2011 was surveyed on nine aspects, including market entry costs, land access and security of tenure, transparency and access to information, time to comply with State regulations, unofficial charges, activeness and vanguard of the provincial leadership, business support services, labor training, and legal institutions.
