Vietnam – Russia Friendship Association of Khanh Hoa Province and Tri Tue Foreign Language Center (BIET) has just signed a Russian training cooperation.
The courses, starting from March 12, 2012 at the language center (132 Ngo Gia Tu Street, Nha Trang), will comprise classes from elementary to advanced level taught by Vietnamese and Russian teachers.
