Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just promulgated Decision No. 928/QD-UBND on the allocation of the 1st quarter 2012 funding for medical insurance cards for the poor, ethnic minority people, students and children under 6.
Accordingly, VND40 billion is estimated to be allocated to buy medical insurance cards for the poor, ethnic minority people (VND11 billion), those near the poverty threshold (VND14 billion), children under 6 (VND14 billion) and students (VND1 billion).
