As from July 12, Korea Airlines will launch first direct fight from Incheon Airport of the South Korean capital Seoul to Cam Ranh Airport, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, according to the Deputy Party Committee Secretary and People’s Committee Chairman of Khanh Hoa Province Nguyen Chien Thang. Then, there will be two flights a week on this route.
South Korea is one of main markets of Khanh Hoa Province’s tourism, currently. In 2011, the coastal province received more than 14,000 Korean tourists. The new direct route is expected to promote tourism between South Korea and Khanh Hoa Province.
