At the ceremony, acting as a proxy for the country’s president, Member of Khanh Hoa Standing Party Committee and Vice-chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Son Hai granted the Third-class Labor Medal to the factory and certificates of merit to five outstanding departments and individuals of the factory.
