Under the fishing supporting policy according to Decision 48 by the Prime Minister, from 2011 up to now, Khanh Hoa Province has supported VND20.5 billion for 607 sea-going trips of offshore ships.
Of the sum, the support for fuel was VND19.7 billion, ship-body insurance: VND611 million, sailors’ insurance: VND135 million and communication equipment: VND56 million.
As planned, from now till end 2012, more 240 fishing trips will be given support, including about VND10 billion for fuel and VND4.2 billion for communication equipment.
