Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography held the International Conference on the East Sea 2012 - 90 Years of Marine Science in Vietnamese and Adjacent Waters on September 12-14. Over 150 scientists and experts from 14 countries attended the event.
The topics included marine biodiversity and conservation, biochemistry and marine natural products, marine biology and aquaculture, natural hazard and climate change, coastal and ocean management, etc.
