Over 670 fishermen in Hon Ro fishing port, Nha Trang City and Dai Lanh Commune, Van Ninh District, were given medical examination and medicines free of charge on September 29. The total cost was some VND 70 million.
The charity activity was held by Cho Ray Hospital and Ho Chi Minh City Medicine & Pharmacy University Hospital in association with the Department of Health. Besides, gifts were offered to poor students in Dai Lanh Commune.
