Under the community-based rehabilitation program, since early this year, Khanh Hoa Provincial Rehabilitation-Education Center for Disabled Children has performed medical examinations on 5,400 disabled children in 70 communities in Khanh Vinh, Dien Khanh, Cam Lam, Cam Ranh and Ninh Hoa.
