The Steering Committee of Voluntary Blood Donation held a ceremony on January 5 to summarize its task 2012 and launch its plan for 2013. Present at the event was Le Xuan Than, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee.

6,989 of blood units were donated in Khanh Hoa Province in 2012 through many voluntary blood donation events and campaigns. The Voluntary Blood Donation Club and Urgent Blood Donor Club attracted the over 10,000 members.
The committee strives for 12,000 blood units donated with the voluntary blood donation rate of 1.02% in 2013.
On this occasion, the Steering Committee of Voluntary Blood Donation presented the Khanh Hoa Red Cross Chairman of Honor certificate to Le Xuan Than.
