The Department of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs has just put into operation a job e-fair at Khanh Hoa Job Center.

The job e-fair connects job seekers and employers more efficiently.

Over the past years, the Department of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs has run many employment programs and opened job fairs to bring more employment chances to job seekers and employers.

Mai Xuan Tri, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs says the e-fair provides job seekers and employers convenient access to a comprehensive online job market.

The e-fair is open to 15-20 employers and vocational training schools attracting 800-1,000 people to join the fair every day.

The e-fair will be organized by the Khanh Hoa Job Center once a month. The e-fair is designed to bring employers and job seekers together to exchange valuable information for recruitment purposes and to explore potential fits.

Thanks to the e-fair, job seekers can search for available positions among a variety of private and public sector jobs and access valuable employment resources.

Employers can search for candidates, post available positions and manage recruiting. It connects job seekers and employers efficiently.

Tran Nguyen Tuong Vi, Office of Personnel Administration, Vina Nha Trang Engineering JSC, says, “The e-fair facilitates my company’s searching for suitable candidates as well as posting available positions.”

According to Ho Viet Son, Director of the provincial job center, the e-fair is designed to offer more chances to employers, recruiters and vocational schools to meet with prospective job seekers.
