The Ministry of Industry & Commerce has just launched the Earth Hour 2013 campaign with the message "You and I take action together."

Earth Hour 2013 will be held on Saturday, March 23 at 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. local time. The one hour saved 400,000 kWh in 2011 and 546,000 kWh or VND700 million in 2012.
Earth Hour is a worldwide event observed at the end of March annually, encouraging households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights for one hour to raise awareness about the need to take action on climate change.
