The International seminar on legislative power and delegated legislative power opened in Nha Trang City on February 28.
The event was held by the National Assembly Office in association with Konrad Adenauer (Germany), aiming to create a forum to learn about international experience in legislative power and delegated legislative power.
The seminar results will be sent to the compilation committee of the draft amendment to the Constitution 1992 for reference.
