Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Agriculture & Rural Development has invested over VND57 billion for the construction of 2,460m-long To Hap River breakwater in Khanh Son District.
The construction began on March 31 and is expected to take 18 months.
The breakwater will contribute to flood prevention.
