Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just given approval to a legal support scheme 2013 for the disabled in Khanh Hoa Province.
The scheme is designed to raise public awareness of the rights of the disabled and provide more legal support services for the disabled, assuring 90% of the needy people will have access to lawful support when required.
