The Ministry of Information and Communications has just launched the 2013 Festival of Photos and Reportage-Documentary Film on environmental protection and climate change in the ASEAN community.
The festival is open to organizations and individuals in ASEAN countries. Each author can submit no more than 10 entries.
The deadline for entries is October 3. The award presentation ceremony is scheduled to be held this December.
