On August 12, Nha Trang Bureau of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs in cooperation with relevant agencies held a ceremony to sum up charity work done by “Susanne’s Help for Children” Association in Khanh Hoa Province.
The association offered 859 scholarships worth VND2 million each and VND120 million to poor students, gave rice to 133 families and 9 bicycles to the needy; funded the construction of 7 houses and so on between July 11 and August 9, 2013.

Besides, the association provided medical assistance, offered gifts and cash to the poor, old people and children in SOS Children’s Village Nha Trang and Khanh Hoa Social Service Center.
The total cost of the activities was nearly VND3 billion.
Reportedly, this is the 19th year “Susanne’s Help for Children” Association has provided charity support worth nearly VND60 billion in total in Nha Trang City.
