Cam Lam District Communist Youth Union in association with the Bureau of Education & Training and the Bureau of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs held a Moon Festival on September 18 for children in Cam Lam District.
10 scholarships worth VND500,000 each and 100 scholarships worth VND200,000 each were awarded to disadvantaged children.
