Khanh Hoa Provincial Children’s House held a program named “Lovely Moon” on September 18 for juniors from 14 social service centers and those studying at Khanh Hoa Children’s House. Present at the event was Le Xuan Than, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa People’s Committee.
