Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs in cooperation with the provincial Representative Board of the Association for the Elderly paid a visit and sent gifts of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to 8 typical senior citizens in Nha Trang City and Dien Khanh District.

The beneficiaries included Le Thi Bach Lien (Van Thang Ward), Bui Thi Nam (Van Thanh Ward), Nguyen Bich Dao (Tan Lap Ward), Dao Thi Ba (Phuong Son Ward) in Nha Trang City; Ha Hai (Dien Lac Commune), Nguyen Doan (Dien Toan Commune), Vo Chi Huong (Suoi Hiep Commune), Tran Phai (Dien Dien Commune) in Dien Khanh District. Each gift was worth over VND500,000.
The event was to mark the International Day of Older Persons. The elderly were wished to lead a happy and healthy life and continue to be good examples for younger generations to follow.
