Le Thanh Quang, Central Party Committee Member, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council has attended an opening ceremony for a new school year 2013 – 2014 at Chu Van An Junior High School, Khanh Hiep Commune, Khanh Vinh District.

Le Thanh Quang beat the drum to start a new school year. After the opening ceremony, Le Thanh Quang together with representatives of local agencies, teachers and students planted commemorative trees in the school yard.
Founded on August 3, 2013, Chu Van An Junior High School has 8 well-equipped rooms. This first academic year, the school has received 250 students, including 50 sixth-graders.
