Cam Ranh City People’s Committee held a launching ceremony for the 2013 National Action Month against HIV/ AIDS on November 29.
This year’s theme of the action month and the World AIDS Day (December 1) is “Getting to zero new HIV infections”.
The event aimed to raise HIV/AIDS public awareness, prevention and care services for people living with HIV disease.
