At a conference on general socio-economic development planning of the Northern Central and Central Coastal region till 2020 held by the Ministry of Planning & Investment in association with Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has announced 4 projects calling for investment, including Ninh Hoa Northern Eastern Urban Area, Ninh Thuy Industrial Zone, International General Hospital, a coastal road from Van Luong Commune, Van Ninh District to Ninh Hoa Town.
Ninh Hoa Northern Eastern Urban Area project has an expected investment capital of VND875 billion in a 550ha area in the coastal communities of Ninh Tho and Ninh Hai Ward, Ninh Hoa Town. Investment in Ninh Thuy Industrial Zone is in such industrial sectors as refrigeration, electronics, handicraft, packaging, agriculture and forestry processing, etc.
International General Hospital project includes an international standard general hospital worth USD20 million on an 8.14ha area in E3 plot at the section of Cao Ba Quat and Cau Lung streets, Vinh Trung Commune, Nha Trang City.
The project on a coastal road from Van Luong Commune, Van Ninh District to Ninh Hoa Town includes effective exploitation and use of marine and coastal resources for socio-economic development in Van Ninh District and Ninh Hoa Town, etc.
